Sweet Music
October 30, 2004 - Hard to Make a Living (HTML)

There is something about this group that gets people to come back to the Market to listen to them, or to come to the Market for the first time to check them out. They have great harmonies, are home-grown, and their quality of music is out- standing - in its field. HTML is our anchor band that Market-goers will be able to enjoy once a month during the rest of the Market season! This is their date for October.
Hard To Make A Living is a versatile, four-piece acoustic band that features guitar, banjo, fiddle, mandolin and upright bass. They play a mix of western swing, bluegrass, old country/honky tonk, and some traditional swing/jazz. Three of the members sing and therefore tight vocal harmonies are a prominent feature of the band. Join Hard to Make a Living this weekend as they entertain market goers under the music tent from 10 a.m.-11:30 a.m. For more information about this week's band visit their website.
