Chef Jack Gilmore pals around with Cody Ferrell of Maid in the Shade Goat Cheese Farm in April's Chef's Circle demo. Gilmore is from Z-Tejas, which raised more than $1,400 for Sustainable Food Center with a Green Chile Pork Enchilada special for charity. The enchiladas he demonstrated at the market were delicious!
Rose Page, farmer and chef! Rose of Peach Creek Farm in Rosanky, Texas, will be demonstrating a pork & vegetarian ratatouille dish using summer veggies picked fresh from the farm. 10:30 start for demo in the southwestern corner of Republic Square Park (sit in the shade).
