Weather Note: The spring rains have produced one of the most prolific summers in a decade!

Returning and plentiful now (weather willing): Tomatoes, peaches, blackberries, watermelon, cantaloupe, squash, eggplant, onions, garlic, collards, year-round lettuce, mixed Asian greens, sweet  hydroponic / shade bibb lettuces, heirloom tomatoes, basil, and microgreens. 

Limited supply from a few farms, but in season (come early): Raspberries, sweet corn, green beans, carrots, beets, kohlrabi, celery, collards, leeks, radish, potatoes.

Just starting to ramp up:  Okra, peppers. Once they take off in a few weeks, they are plentiful by late June!

Winding down/limited supply: Broccoli, chard.

Staples: Mushrooms from Kitchen Pride. Sunflower shoots. Pecans. Eggs. Cheese. Wine. Dairy.

Vendor items not to be missed: Way Back When Dairy low-temp pastuerized milk, cream, butter and buttermilk (only at SFC Farmers' Market locations Downtown and Sunset Valley on Sats!) Jesse Griffiths's Dai Due charcuterie and made to order breakfasts and Kocurek Family Artisinal Charcuterie street food, Zubik House made to order local plates. Straight From the Vine raw sauerkraut at Sunset Valley. Visit all of the bakeries at the markets--some items made just for farmers' market: Texas French Bread, Sweetish Hill Bakery, Cake and Spoon, Serious Sourdough Bakery, Bona Dea (gluten free primarily), Emapanada La Boca (cinnamon rolls), Jake's Natural Fine Foods (gluten free biscotti and regular biscotti).
